We have our own steel fabrication team with over 30 years of fabrication experience which enables us to work with you the client to supply bespoke and standard fabrications to your exact requirements.

Staircases Fabricated to BS4592.

We can fabricate steel staircases fire escapes and skywalks to any dimensions you require our standard staircase for access to portable cabins are 13 and 15 tread staircases with single landing and double hand rails the stairs have a pitch of 39 degrees. Where space is a premium we also fabricate spiral staircases to maximise available space.

Fire Escapes
We fabricate to drawings and designs only supplied by approved architects and related professionals. We can also offer in the South East of England a refurbishment and maintenance service on existing external staircases and fire escapes. (please note this is not an inspection or certificate of compliance service)

All staircases and fabricated from weather treated mild steel we can also supply in galvanised steel on request.

Treads
Steel Staircases The treads are fabricated from 3mm durbar steel, each tread is 300mm deep x 800mm width with 30mm returns.

Hand Rails
Our handrails are fabricated using 40mm x 40mm x 3mm RHS Steel.

Landings
Our Landings are 1100mm x 1000mm and come with 150mm radius kick strips. we can also supply double or triple landing staircase systems.

Access Ramps BSEN10025 grade S235.

PFUK access ramps are fabricated from tough wearing 3mm Durbar plate steel, we can fabricate ramps to any size you require the dimensions of our standard ramp are.

Ramp: 1000mm length and 1250mm width
Landing: 1100 length and 1250mm width
This ramp supplies a 200mm step up to door or path access.

We can offer single, double or triple access ramps to the landing area.

We supply a double 40mm x 40mm handrail to the landing area.
